Bharat-VISTAAR (Virtually Integrated System to Access Agricultural Resources) is an AI-powered Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) launched in February 2026 to provide farmers with a single digital gateway for agricultural services and advisories.

Eligibility Criteria
- Farmers: Aadhaar-linked Indian citizens in agriculture (no land limits)
- Youth/Startups: Registered AgTech entities or tech-capable entrepreneurs
- Personalized Advice: Registered in AgriStack with verified land records
- Scheme Benefits: Must meet specific criteria of linked schemes (e.g., PM-KISAN, KCC)
