About the Scheme
Brief
It is a targeted financial initiative launched by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh in November 2025 to empower technically skilled youth. It provides low-interest, soft loans and incentives to ITI pass-outs to help them set up their own entrepreneurial ventures, aiming to shift them from job seekers to job creators and promote self-reliance
Objectives
To enable technically skilled youth to start their own enterprises, foster local innovation, and create employment opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI pass-outs from 2022 onwards are eligible
- The scheme is open to those who have completed their training within the last 3 years
- Applicants must be Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) / bona fide residents
Benefits
- 1st Tranche Loan: Up to ₹1,00,000
- 2nd Tranche Loan: Up to ₹2,00,000
- Toolkit Incentive: A one-time subsidy of ₹15,000
- Loan Subsidy: 25% of the loan amount
- Interest Subsidy: 7% to ease repayment
