About the Scheme

Brief
A fully government-sponsored, intensive 10-month residential training course. It focuses on teaching the Japanese language and caregiving skills to prepare nurses for the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa category.

Objective
To empower the youth of Arunachal Pradesh with technical skills and financial independence by facilitating overseas employment in Japan's healthcare sector.

Eligibility Criteria
- Exclusively for female candidates
- Must hold a degree or diploma in ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or Post B.Sc Nursing
- Aged 18 to 30 years
- Must be a permanent resident of Arunachal Pradesh

Benefits
- Full sponsorship of tuition, Japanese language textbooks, and exam fees for N4 level proficiency
- Free residential facilities provided during the training period
- Post-placement salary potential of ₹12–15 lakhs per year
- Some versions of the program include reimbursement for flight tickets and visa processing
